# MAP CARE Platform Disclaimer

MAP CARE is operated by SAMYA PRABH HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED.

This Platform Disclaimer explains the practical and legal boundaries of MAP CARE.

1. Platform-Only Position

MAP CARE is a technology platform and governed workflow surface.

MAP CARE is not itself:

  • a hospital or clinic
  • a laboratory or pharmacy
  • an ambulance operator or blood bank
  • a homecare provider
  • a substitute for a licensed professional or statutory emergency response

2. Visibility Does Not Equal Ownership

MAP CARE may display or route information relating to identity, verification, records, appointments, reports, emergencies, billing, payments, notifications, or workflow state.

The appearance of such information inside MAP CARE does not by itself mean that MAP CARE:

  • created the underlying healthcare record
  • controls the provider's clinical decision
  • owns the underlying service obligation
  • guarantees the correctness or completion of the third-party service

3. No Independent Clinical Function

MAP CARE does not itself diagnose, treat, prescribe, triage, or make clinical judgments.

Any clinical decision remains the responsibility of the relevant licensed healthcare professional or healthcare entity.

4. No Automatic Provider Relationship With MAP CARE

Using MAP CARE does not by itself create a doctor-patient, hospital-patient, pharmacist-patient, lab-patient, or emergency-provider relationship with MAP CARE.

Any such relationship, where it exists, arises between the user and the relevant healthcare provider or entity.

5. Payment and Billing Boundary

MAP CARE may support payment initiation, payment-status visibility, billing visibility, or invoice-related workflow surfaces. That does not automatically make MAP CARE the custodian of funds, the pricing authority, or the refund decision-maker for the underlying healthcare service.

6. Emergency Limitation

Emergency surfaces inside MAP CARE are facilitative only. They do not guarantee dispatch, transport, blood availability, admission, prioritization, or emergency resolution.

7. Third-Party Dependency

MAP CARE depends on users, providers, partners, communication networks, payment rails, hosting systems, verification providers, and other external infrastructure. Delays, failures, mismatches, or interruptions may arise from those dependencies.

8. User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for:

  • using the correct surface for the correct purpose
  • checking urgent medical needs through the appropriate real-world channel
  • protecting account credentials and devices
  • verifying critical provider-side or emergency-side details when necessary

9. Reading This Disclaimer Together With Other MAP CARE Policies

This disclaimer should be read together with:

  • the Terms of Service

  • the Emergency Disclaimer
  • the applicable consent wording

10. Translation and Language Convenience Boundary

MAP CARE may offer translated, transliterated, or machine-assisted language support on selected public, onboarding, help, search, dashboard, or policy surfaces for user convenience and accessibility.

Such language support is assistive only and does not change the governing meaning of MAP CARE's legal, consent, safety, medical, emergency, billing, or operational content.

If any translated, transliterated, summarized, or machine-rendered wording differs from the English source, the English version governs unless MAP CARE explicitly publishes an approved alternate governing version.

Users should not rely only on machine-translated wording for emergency decisions, clinical interpretation, legal interpretation, consent understanding, medication understanding, pricing understanding, or other safety-critical decisions.
